Slower and firmer than our slow massage, concentrating on the areas you choose. Pressure is agreed with you first and can change at any point.

Before and after

  • Arrive ten minutes early if you can. There is no need to bring anything; robes, slippers and towels are provided.
  • Your room is prepared for 10 minutes before you arrive and reset for 15 minutes after you leave. That time is never taken from your treatment.
  • It takes place in the limestone room or the cedar room.
