What happens
Heated stones are placed and moved along the back and legs between passes of hands-on massage. The studio has one stone heater, so these appointments are spaced through the day.

Before and after
- Arrive ten minutes early if you can. There is no need to bring anything; robes, slippers and towels are provided.
- Your room is prepared for 20 minutes before you arrive and reset for 20 minutes after you leave. That time is never taken from your treatment.
- It takes place in the limestone room, the cedar room or the courtyard suite.
